Dr. Lauren Lemons is an author, international speaker, entrepreneur, and multi-business owner with more than 27 years of experience in education, leadership, and organizational development. She currently serves as a lecturer in both the Educational Leadership & Curriculum and Instruction programs within the Kremen School of Education at CSUF.

In addition to her work in higher education, Lauren most recently served in PK–12 public education as the Associate Sup. of Curriculum, Instruction, and Professional Development. Across her administrative career, she has overseen comprehensive PreK–12 instructional systems, including the design and implementation of district-wide distance learning structures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her leadership spans curriculum development, instructional coherence, professional learning systems, and large-scale organizational change.

Dr. Lemons brings extensive experience in professional learning for management, certificated, and classified personnel, and she regularly coaches site principals and district-level administrators. Her work is grounded in equity-centered, data-informed decision making, supporting school systems in achieving measurable, sustainable outcomes. She also provides training for districts integrating social-emotional learning and special education frameworks to ensure inclusive systems.

In parallel with her academic and systems-level work, Dr. Lemons leads global missions and humanitarian initiatives through her nonprofit organization, partnering with local leaders, schools, and faith-based communities around the world. Her international work focuses on education access, leadership development, and community restoration, with an emphasis on sustainable, culturally responsive practices. Through this work, she supports educators, women, and children in underserved communities, bridging scholarship, service, and global engagement.

A proud graduate of Fresno State (Go Bulldogs!), Dr. Lemons holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Master’s degree in Education from CSUF. She also earned a Master’s in Theology from Fuller Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in History/Political Science from Vanguard University. She holds both administrative and teaching credentials in California.

Beyond her professional roles, Lauren is deeply committed to a life of balance and meaning. Her most cherished moments are spent adventuring with her daughter and their three bulldogs—Kodiac, Panda, and Bowie—who keep her grounded, laughing, and certainly outnumbered.
